Delete Account & Data Request

You have the right to delete your account and request a copy of your personal data at any time.

If you have an Align account

The easiest way to delete your account or request your data is directly inside the app:

Open the Align app and sign in.
Navigate to your Profile → Settings.
Select "Delete Account" to permanently delete your account and all associated data, or "Request Data Export" to receive a copy of your data.

No access to your account?

If you can no longer sign in or need help, send us an email and we will process your request manually. Please include the email address associated with your account.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, all personal information (name, email address, profile picture) as well as your events and availability data are permanently removed from our systems. Some anonymised usage data may be retained for a limited period for operational purposes.
